What won the race: Overcoming a rash of caution flags and restarts, second-starting Cade Dillard of Robeline, La., fired off from the outside front row and never looked back in leading all 30 laps of Friday's Comp Cams Super Dirt Series return to 67 Speedway of Texarkana. Dillard beat Chandler Petty to the line by 2.121 seconds for the $5,000 payday, his 11th career Comp Cams victory and fourth of the season.

Quotable: “That was pretty treacherous there. I’d say that’s expected with all the rain we had. (Promoter Tim Crawley) definitely gave a lot of effort to make it better for us,” Dillard said. “Fortunately I had a good car and could get a little bit of a lead then I just could just kinda run my own line there and not do nothing crazy. The way this track was, if you backed off too much, you’d start getting tight and shoving (the nose). All in all it was a good night for us and thanks to all these fans for coming out.”

Key notes: Dillard was never challenged in capturing his fifth overall win of the season, adding to March 6's Ronny Adams Memorial at Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, La., worth $5,000 on the Revival Super Dirt Series. ... The race was slowed by eight cautions and lasted nearly 40 minutes, with the biggest incident coming on lap three and necessitating a 10-minute red flag for cleanup when fourth-running Austin Storm spun out of turn two following contact from Tyler Kuykendall, collecting Chris Bragg and Doug Tye. Kuykendall was the only driver eliminated, though Storm and Bragg also retired near the race's halfway mark. ... Other notable cautions came on lap four when fourth-running Morgan Bagley slowed abruptly and coasted to the infield with apparent engine issues. ... Ryan Johnson retired from 12th after failing to fire on the ensuing restart attempt. ... Kyle Beard spun to avoid Bagley, then slowed from sixth with a flat left-rear tire three laps later before eventually spinning on the 16th lap; he soldiered to a 13th-place result. ... Drew Armstrong slowed from 10th with a flat tire to trigger the race's final stoppage on lap 28 and finished 16th as the final starter to complete 30 laps.
