What won the race: Grabbing the lead from Sam Seawright on a late restart, former asphalt racer Chase Oliver of Crossville, Ala., led the final four laps at Fort Payne Motor Speedway to win the fourth annual Eddie Davis Memorial Bama Brawl for his biggest career dirt Late Model triumph. Oliver finished 1.070 seconds ahead of Seawright for a $5,000 payday. Seawright was disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct after misbehaving on the cool-down lap.

The event honored the late marketing director of the United Championship Racing Alliance. … Qualifying and heats were held Friday with the 50-lap feature Saturday afternoon.
On the move: Rod Carroll of Anniston, Ala., started ninth and finished second.
