What won the race: Darrell Nelson of Hermantown, Minn., kept Pat Doar at bay on his way to capturing a $2,000 payday in the the Twin Ports Twin 25's at Gondik Law Speedway on the Structural Buildings WISSOTA Challenge Series.
Key notes: Darrell Nelson went flag-to-flag. ... Pat Doar run in the runner-up spot the entire race tried a late race charge to challenge Nelson but was unable to get the gap under 0.700. ... Nelson won by a margin of 0.792 seconds with only Jody Bellefeuille not completing all 25 laps. ... In the second (non-series) feature, James Giossi took the checkers over Travis Budisalovich and Jeffrey Massingill.
