Key notes: Two top-five drivers were disqualified. Putnam blamed third-place finisher Terry English for the accident and was disqualified to trying to retaliate during the caution period. ... Tanner English was running second late in the feature with a deflating tire. After a dispute with officials about where he'd restart, the race director told him he'd no longer be scored. English was the third driver to take the checkers, but was disqualified. Promoter Bill Hibbits said English was DQ'd for an unsportsmanlike gesture to track officials during the caution; English denied making a gesture. ... Brad Skinner scratched from the feature lineup. ... The race was a rare Super Late Model special at the track that hosts Limited Late Model events regularly. ... Ashley Newman won the night's Limited Late Model feature over Putnam and Miller.
