Twenty-two of 24 ABC starters were running at the finish. ... Jeffrey Massingill slowed in turn one for a caution just before halfway ... Rick Hanestad slowed with a flat tire and drew a yellow. ... Heat races were Friday with the main event Saturday. ... The season-ending event carried a boosted $100,000 total purse with $5,000, $4,000 and $3,000 to the top three Late Model finishers.
On the move: Jimmy Mars of Menomonie, Wis., started ninth and finished third.
