Don Shaw heads to victory during Thursday's feature at Huron.
What won the race: Outside front-row starter Don Shaw of Ham Lake, Minn., picked up a $5,000 payday in Wollak Construction WISSOTA Challenge Series action at Dakota State Fair Speedway, winning the Iverson Late Model Challenge.
Key notes: The victory was Shaw's second straight WISSOTA Challenge Series victory of the season, and his 11th career series victory. ... Polesitter Kent Arment finished third. ... Series action continues Saturday at Dakota State Fair Speedway with a $10,000-to-win event. ... Huron isn't hosting weekly racing this season after long-time promoter Orville Chenoweth's retirement, but Chenoweth agreed to host two WISSOTA Challenge events.
