The event will not be rescheduled. ... The drivers' meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT with hot laps set to roll a half-hour later. ... Kyle Bronson of Tampa, Fla., the upset winner of the last WoO event one month ago at Florida's Volusia Speedway Park, arrived a short time ago. ... Speedway to run WoO events at Lone Star and tomorrow night at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Ark. ... Lone Star hosts the World of Outlaws for their first post-Speedweeks event. There's a chance of thunderstorms, but officials are hoping the weather avoids the area. ... The series is visiting Lone Star for the first time since it was shortened to a 3/8-mile; Steve Francis triumphed during the tour's last visit on March 27, 2010, when the track was configured as a half-mile.
Who to watch: Series regular Morgan Bagley enjoys a rare home-state event at a track that his father once co-owned.
Points chase: Darrell Lanigan holds a 10-point advantage over Brandon Sheppard atop the WoO standings; Brady Smith, third in points following Speedweeks, did not make the long haul south for this weekend's events.

Current weather: Sunny, 72°F
