Michael Batten and family enjoy his first FUEL victory.
What won the race: Polesitter Michael Batten of Rocky Mount, N.C., raced to his first career Fast Unified Late Model Series victory over fourth-starting Christian Joyner of Castilia, N.C., at County Line Speedway. Batten pocketed $3,000.
Key notes: Batten is the 18th different winner on the 4-year-old tour. ... Four of FUEL's six events this season have seen first-time series winners. ... FUEL closed a weekend doubleheader at County Line after Willie Milliken won Friday in Fayetteville, N.C.. ...
