What won the race: Inheriting the lead on lap 28 when Rob Blair's engine gave up, Dave Hess Jr. of Waterford, Pa., led the rest of the way Thursday at McKean County Raceway for his fifth career ULMS victory. Hess won on his birthday and earned $2,500 for winning the Cpl. Jason Dunham Memorial.
