What won the race: Third-starting Steve Banal, a native of St. Clairsville, Ohio, who now lives in Rock Hill, S.C., registered his first career Fast United Late Model Series victory in Saturday night's 40-lap feature at County Line Raceway. He pocketed a $3,000 to prize after beating Dustin Mitchell to the finish line.
Key notes: The series made its debut at the James Upchurch and Brenda Holcombe-managed track. .... Two heat races were run after the six fastest qualifiers were locked into the dash. ... Polesitter Donald Bradsher, who was going for a sweep of the program after setting fast time and winning the dash, finished 14th.
