What won the race: Completing a sweep of La Salle Speedway's Twisted Twin 25s, Ryan Unzicker of El Paso, Ill., led all but the first lap of the second feature to add $5,000 to the $5,000 he won less than 10 minutes earlier. Enduring a rugged surface, the MARS Championship Series points leader won by 2.708 seconds over early leader Tanner English in a race with just 10 starters and seven finishers.

Quotable: "I put a brand new right side on tonight and it doesn't look so brand new right now, but, you know, hats off to the track," Unzicker said. "They worked on (the surface) and it was a little bit uncharacteristic to (promoter Tony Izzo Jr.'s) liking, but I give them an A for effort."
