What won the race: Taking command from race-long leader Ryan Montgomery on the 30th lap, hometown racer Henry Hornsby III led the rest of Saturday's Mountaineer 50 at Beckley Motor Speedway for a $10,000 paycheck. The third-starting Hornsby scored his career-richest victory and his second Super Late Model win this season at Beckley, adding to an Aug. 1 triumph there, worth $3,000.
