What won the race: Continuing his superlative 2026 campaign at Selinsgrove Speedway, Gregg Satterlee of Indiana, Pa., grabbed the lead from Hayes Mattern on lap 18 and dominated the remainder of the distance to win Sunday night’s 35-lap Paul Long Memorial. He beat Mason Zeigler to the finish line by 3.823 seconds to earn $10,063 for his seventh victory in eight weekly Super Late Model starts this season at the half-mile oval.
Key notes: Satterlee’s only loss this season in weekly Selinsgrove action came on Aug. 21 when he finished 14th. He also failed to reach victory lane in May 14’s World of Outlaws Late Model Series event, finishing 21st. … It was Satterlee’s 11th overall triumph of 2026 and he clinched the 2026 Selinsgrove track title with one race remaining. … The eighth-starting Zeigler overtook Mattern for second on lap 28 but never drew close to Satterlee. … Mattern settled for a third-place finish after leading laps 1-17 off the outside pole. … Matt Cosner ran among the top-five for all but the first lap and finished fourth while defending Paul Long Memorial winner Ross Robinson placed fifth after running as high as third early in the feature. … The race’s lone caution flag flew on lap seven when Tristin Neiderer spun and was eliminated with front-end damage. … The feature was completed in just over 17 minutes. … Heat race winners received $263 courtesy of Northeast RV.
