What won the race: Going under polesitter and race-long leader Brandon Overton on the 37th lap, Brandon Sheppard of New Berlin, Ill., led the rest of the way in 34 Raceway's Slocum 50 for his seventh Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory of the season. The second-starting Sheppard, who assumed the series points lead from Hudson O'Neal, took the checkers 1.562 seconds ahead of Devin Moran while Overton was third, denied his first series victory in 14 months.
