Hudson O'Neal led all but two laps at Florence Speedway.
What won the race: Rebounding from a late-race loss one night earlier in his home state, Hudson O'Neal of Martinsville, Ind., led all but two laps of Saturday's Ralph Latham Memorial at Florence Speedway for a $25,000 Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory. O'Neal took the checkers 1.060 seconds ahead of seventh-starting Devin Moran for his fourth series victory of the season. He also won the Latham Memorial in 2018.
Key notes: Hudson O'Neal, who slapped the wall at the top of the frontstretch two of the last three laps, notched his 35th career full-field Lucas Oil Series victory and his first since Feb. 28. ... O'Neal led 40 laps Friday at Circle City Raceway in Indianapolis, Ind., but ended up second to Ricky Thornton Jr. ... Jason Jameson led the first two laps but faded to seventh. ...
