What won the race: Inheriting the lead when race-long pacesetter Chandler Petty jumped the turn-two cushion on a lap-23 restart, polesitter Morgan Bagley of Longview, Texas, led the remaining circuits of Friday's 30-lap Battle at the Bluff at Poplar Bluff Motorsports Park. Bagley beat Kyle Beard by 1.523 seconds for the $10,000 top prize and his first victory of the season and 10th career of his career on the Comp Cams Super Dirt Series.
