Unfavorable weather forecasts have forced the cancellation of Tuesday’s FloRacing Night in America event at La Salle (Ill.) Speedway, the series announced.

The race, rained out from its May 5 date, won’t be rescheduled, but the series plans to open next May’s Illinois Speedweek at the quarter-mile oval promoted by Tony Izzo Jr.

Next up for the FloRacing tour will be the Sept. 23 series debut at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Ind. The Riddell National Bank 50 pays $20,000-to-win.
