Coltman Farms new Clash title sponsor
The Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series has landed sponsorship from Georgia-based Coltman Farms Racing, with seventh-year tour owner Marion Limbaugh calling it a “perfect fit” for the 27-year-old circuit.
“It’s extremely important to support grassroots racing,” Brett Coltman (pictured) said in announcing the partnership. “It’s truly the lifeblood of everything we do. The Carolina Clash is a fantastic series, and it’s an honor to partner with them and support local racing.”
Limbaugh, whose tour is directed by Joey Chapman, is excited for the sponsorship, adding that “Coltman Farms has done so much for dirt racing and supported so many drivers, teams, and series. The Clash has not had a title sponsor in a long time, and we know Coltman Farms is a perfect fit for the Carolina Clash.”
The sponsorship begins with Saturday at County Line Raceway in Elm City, N.C., for the tour that sanctions special events in the Carolinas and Georgia.
Coltman added that he believes “supporting grassroots racing will always be the right thing to do. As a team with a development program, it’s important to have a place where young drivers can hone their craft against skilled veterans. That’s why it makes perfect sense to partner with the Carolina Clash and help promote the work that Marion and Joey have been doing for grassroots racing.”
