Several upcoming Dirt Late Model events and activities have been postponed, cancelled or curtailed during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Among those announced in mid-March:

Dixie Speedway: The Woodstock, Ga., track (pictured) postponed Saturday's season-opening Southeastern Classic, a $3,000-to-win Super Late Model event; no makeup date was announced. The track's next scheduled event is March 28 for American Flat Track Motorcycles.

Carolina Speedway: Heeding recommendations of county officials, the Gastonia, N.C., dirt track postponed March 13-14's Skyler Trull Memorial weekend, which included a $4,000-to-win Carolina Clash event. No makeup date was immediately announced.

Potomac Speedway: Citing state-mandated restrictions against gatherings of more than 250 people, the Budds Creek, Md., oval cancelled activity scheduled for March 14 (practice), March 20 (original season opener) and March 27. The track tentatively plans to open its season April 3.

Atomic Speedway: Because of Ohio requirements to limit large gatherings, the track near Chillicothe called off March 14’s scheduled season opener, which included a $3,000-to-win Super Late Model event. The status of March 20’s Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event is being awaited.

Highland Speedway: The quarter-mile Illinois oval postponed its early season schedule, including March 14 practice and March 21's Lucky 40. Officials plan to announce an opening date later.

Attica Raceway Park: The Ohio oval cancelled its scheduled March 20 opener and will monitor developments to determine its next race.

All-Tech Raceway: The Ellisville, Fla., track postponed March 14’s scheduled racing with plans to monitor the situation regarding its upcoming schedule, which includes the Florida Late Model Challenge Series opener planned for March 21.

Lernerville Speedway: The Sarver, Pa., oval's preseason Clearview Mall Car Show was cancelled. No other scheduled track events have been affected.

Greater Cumberland Speedway: Saturday's banquet for the Maryland track has been postponed because of the restrictions on gatherings; no makeup date was immediately announced.

Volusia Speedway Park: The Barberville, Fla., oval's March 14 regular season opener was postponed to March 28 with Limited Late Models among divisions on the card.
