Because most of special events were halted or postponed by weather the final weekend in October, DirtonDirt.com scrapped this week's Top 25 rankings presented by Bilstein Shocks.

Weather permitting, balloting will resume next week with two more regular-season polls planned with the final one scheduled for Nov. 12.

DirtonDirt.com's Top Five Drivers of the Year will be revealed during December's Best of 2019 coverage, a staff consensus of the season's best drivers.
