WHEATLAND, Mo. (May 10) — Saturday evening storms added to mid-day showers at Lucas Oil Speedway postponed the $40,000-to-win Super Clean Diamond Nationals until Sunday afternoon. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event will begin Sunday afternoon with gates opening at 2 p.m and hot laps beginning at 4 p.m., according to track general manager Kevin Greven. | Preliminary results

Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, Tenn., was the fastest of 80 qualifiers in Friday's time trials. He'll start on the pole of the first heat. Other heat race polewinners were Earl Pearson Jr., Will Vaught, Jimmy Mars, Bloomquist, Steve Casebolt and Shannon Babb. The six 10-lap heat races, with the top three finishers transferring to the feature event, will be followed by consolation races and the 100-lap feature. The track's modifieds are also in action.

Correction: An earlier version of this story reported that racing would begin at 4 p.m. Sunday; the track website says hot laps will begin at 4 p.m.
