Key notes: The World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series continues its Ohio-Pennsylvania swing with Friday’s 50-lap, $15,000-to-win Billy Winn Classic at Bedford Speedway. … It’s the Outlaws first return to the Bedford, Pa., 5/8-mile behemoth since Tim Fuller earned a $10,000 series win there on Aug. 14, 2009. … The event honors Billy Winn, one of the top dirt racers of the 1930s and winner of the first race at Bedford Speedway in '36. Winn, inducted into the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame in 2003, made eight career Indianapolis 500 starts. … Chris Madden led all 40 laps to win Friday’s $10,000 weekend opener at Conneaut, Ohio’s Raceway 7. … Kyle Hardy won last year’s $23,000 Keystone Cup at Bedford. … Mason Zeigler won last year's Billy Winn Classic when it was an $8,700 unsanctioned event.
