Willie Milliken got his first FUEL victory away from Fayetteville.
What won the race: Becoming the tour's first repeat winner of 2017, Willie Milliken of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., led from the 12th lap on Friday at Carolina Speedway for a $3,000 Fast Unitied Late Model Series payday. Polesitter Bryan Mullis retired after leading the first 11 laps.
Key notes: Milliken's previous FUEL victory came July 21 at Fayetteville (N.C.) Motor Speedway. ... He has four for his career, third on the all-time list behind Ross Bailes and Brett Hamm. ...
