Kyle Berck picked up his first Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series win of the season.
What won the race: Fourth-starting Kyle Berck of Marquette, Neb., picked up his first Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series victory of the season at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb. The checkered flag was worth $2,000.
Key notes: The victory was Berck's first of the season on the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series and the tour-best 69th of his career series. ... The win comes less than a month after Berck's hauler caught on fire on his way to the series opener on May 2. ... Points leader Jesse Sobbing survived a 360-degree spin on the backstretch to finish fifth. ... The race marked the first of four Malvern Bank series stops at I-80 this season.
On the move: Paul Glendenning started 11th and finished seventh.
