Jason Krohn picks up his $10,000 WISSOTA Challenge check.
What won the race: Jason Krohn of Slayton, Minn., grabbed a career-high $10,000 Late Model payday Saturday at Dakota State Fair Speedway, winning the Challenge Cup from the pole for his second straight OneMain Financial WISSOTA Challenge Series victory in Huron.
Key notes: Krohn started 13th in Thursday's victory, his first on the circuit. ... Krohn hasn't typically competed in WISSOTA action during his limited Late Model schedule; his starts have frequently come in open-competition engine events. ... Twenty of 25 starters were running at the finish. ... The event was presented by Prostrollo's.
