HARRIS, N.C. (July 1) — Fast qualifier and outside front-row starter Ricky Weeks of Rutherfordton, N.C., led every lap at Harris Motor Speedway for his second straight victory on the first-year Clash South Tour. Weeks earned $3,500 at the track just three miles from his home, which hosted Super Late Models for the first time in three years. | Slideshow

Mike Gault, who survived a 10-lap scramble with fellow Gaffney, S.C., driver Dennis Franklin, finished second in the 11-car field followed by Ross Bailes of Blacksburg, S.C. Jay Sessoms of Stanley, N.C., fought off Franklin in the final laps to finish fourth.

Johnny Pursley of Clover, S.C., started on the pole and chased Weeks in the early laps. But he lost two positions on a lap-eight restart and was towed off the track on the 18th lap with a broken rear end.
